Richard is a professional Engineer with a wealth of practical and management experience gained over 25 years as a Director in the senior management teams of companies specializing in the manufacture and subsequent on-site support of bespoke engineered industrial and pipeline equipment primarily for the oil and gas, power generation, process, petrochemical and water sectors of industry.

From board room meetings to working directly with government authorities and certification bodies, on-site inspection of industrial plant and systems or specialist fabricators and factories, Richard has worked extensively in many countries around the world, both onshore and offshore, and in all regions of the UK, successfully dealing with clients, engineers and staff at all levels.


• Attainment and maintenance of third party certification approvals in both Europe and around the world including pressure equipment and equipment for use in hazardous areas

• Set up and maintenance of Quality and HS&E management systems

• Recruitment and specialist technical training of international engineering teams

• On-site meetings both onshore and offshore worldwide with senior personnel to present technical reports and resolve issues, achieving successful technical and commercial outcomes for all parties

• Provision of technical training to sales agents from a wide range of countries, resulting in improved global representation

• Provision of technical support to sales and marketing staff during meetings with key overseas clients

• Initiated and developed successful international working partnerships across a diverse range of business cultures

Jawad has traveled to major engineering business hubs across the globe covering Asia, Middle East & far East, EU, Russia, South and North America. In his various assignments he worked with team members / clients from many parts of the world and enjoys working in a multicultural environment.

Jawad is a professional Engineer and an ambitious senior sales professional with extensive experience of international business, operational excellence, growth in emerging markets, organization development, team performance and sales turn-around. In his career spanned over 20 years, he has worked comprehensively within the engineering, engineered products and turnkey solution industry. In his previous assignments, he designed and implemented innovative sales, marketing and business development strategies.

In addition, Jawad has broad exposure of establishing new sales offices, registration as “approved suppler”, identification and appointments of agents & distributors, new product development and launch, contractual Terms & Conditions review and dispute resolution, business process review and strategy development.

He is a strategic thinker, who provides strong hands-on leadership, implements innovative sales and business development strategies for sustainable competitive advantages and tangible results. An excellent negotiator, relationship builder, man–manager and motivator committed to providing the highest level of service to both internal and external clients.
